Our Roots
Our founder, Crystal Nieblas, CHt is a former lawyer and teacher who came to realize the value of alternative healing modalities through dealing with her own physical and emotional trauma. Crystal has seen firsthand the power of hypnotherapy, yoga therapy, sound healing, and other holistic modalities to promote healing and wellbeing, and wanted to make these services more accessible to the community.

We believe that true health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of balance and harmony in body, mind, and spirit. We strive to address the root causes of our clients' health concerns, rather than just treating symptoms, and to empower them to take an active role in their own healing journey.
