Our founder, Crystal Nieblas, is a former lawyer and teacher who came to realize the value of alternative healing modalities through dealing with her own physical and emotional trauma. Crystal has seen firsthand the power of hypnotherapy, yoga therapy, sound healing, and other holistic modalities to promote healing and wellbeing, and wanted to make these services more accessible to the community.
